There is a wide range of quality of dried fig in the market and most people don’t know the difference between them. The fruits of a fig orchard or even a tree may have different qualities in terms of size (small or large), color (white, creamy, light or dark brown) and physical condition. However, depending on the environmental conditions, the percentage of the high-quality dried figs obtained from a tree can be very different compared with another. But undoubtedly, all fruits of a tree will not classify in one or even two degrees that means every tree produces different quality products.
Therefore, the collected products should be classified in order to marketing and proper pricing. Taher Agroindustrial Group supplies the dried figs from Estahban, Iran.
